Day 1: Arrival in Shanghai
Arrive in Shanghai on your own arrangement. Be met by the local guide and driver at the airport. Check in the hotel.
Day 2: Shanghai Sightseeing
8:30: Pick up at hotel
You will be picked up from your hotel after your breakfast. Visit Yu Garden and Yuyuan Market
Yu Garden: It is characteristic of the architectural style of the Ming Dynasty and it used to be a private garden with 400 years' history. In front of the garden, there is a market called Yu Market.
12:00: Lunch
13:00: The Bund, Nanjing Road and Oriental TV Tower
After lunch, you will visit the Bund, Nanjing Road and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
The Bund also called the Zhongshan Road, is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. It starts from the Baidu Bridge, which is at the connecting point of the Huangpu River and the Suzhou Creek, to the East Jinling Road and winds a 1500 meters (less than one mile) length.
Oriental Pearl TV Tower: Standing by the Huangpu River with 468 meters high, Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the highest TV Tower in Asia. From the tower, you can have a bird eye-view of the city.
Nanjing Road: China's premier shopping street, 3.4-mile-long Nanjing Road, starts at the Bund in the east and ends in the west at the junction of Jingan Temple and Yan'an West Street. Today Nanjing Road is a must-see metropolitan destination attracting thousands of fashion-seeking shoppers from all over the world.
17:30: Back to your hotel. See off!
