China Panda Tour F

Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing on your own arrangement. Be met & transferred to your hotel.

Accommodation: Yuexiu Hotel       

Day 2: Beijing
Full day trip to the Great Wall, Ming Tomb and Sacred road.

Accommodation:Yuexiu Hotel   
Sightseeing: Great Wall, Sacred Road, Ming Tombs
Meals: breakfast, lunch

Day 3 : Beijing
Full day trip to the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven.

Accommodation:Yuexiu Hotel  
Sightseeing:Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven
Meals: breakfast, lunch

Day 4: Beijing-Yichang
Free in the morning, after lunch you will be escorted to the train station for Yichang.

Transport: Beijing to Yichang, Train No. K49(14:08/10:33)

Day 5: Yichang-Yangtze Cruise
Today we will arrange youl be a volunteer English teacher in a local middle school. After dinner, the guide will escort you board the deluxe Yangtze Cruise.

Accommodation: Yangtze Cruise
Activities: Be an English teacher in local school
Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 6: Yangtze River-Xiling Gorge
In the morning, the cruise will sail through the famous Yangtze Xiling Gorge. About 10 AM, you will have an excursion to the Three Gorges Project. After two hours Three Gorges Dam tour, the cruise will sail through the Five-Step-Shiplock.

Day 7: Yangtze River Wu Gorge, Qutang Gorge
Today, you will have an excursion to Shengnong Stream or Lesser Three Gorges. In the afternoon, the cruise will sail through the famous Wu Gorge and Qutang Gorge.

Sightseeing: Wu Gorge, Qutang Gorge,Shennong Stream
Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 8: Yangtze River
In the morning you'll disembark at Shibaozhai, a 12 storey red wooden pagoda which rests against the rock wall, where you can also climb up the spiral staircase to the top for a panoramic view of the winding river, the village and the countryside. Or you will visit Fengdu, the Ghost Town.

Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 9: Chongqing-Chengdu
Arrive in Chongqing about 9:00 Am. Be met by the local guide in Chongqing. Visit General Joseph W. Stilwell Museum and People's Assembly Hall, after lunch, take a bus to Chengdu.

Transport: Chongqing to Chengdu, Bus No. TBA

Day 10: Chengdu (Panda Tour)

• At 8:00 AM, you will be met at the lobby of your hotel. Your English-speaking guide and driver will drive you to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
• After you arrive at the Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, you will visit Giant Panda Museum, Panda Cub House and Panda Bear Enclosure.
• A giant panda educational film will be show before you visit Panda Toy and Gift House.
• After traditional Sichuan Food lunch, you will visit Thatched Cottage of Du Fu.
• Visit Chengdu local tea house and drink tea with local people.

Day 11: Xi'an
Be met & transferred to your hotel. Have city tours to the Provincial Museum and the Ancient City Wall.

Accommodation: Xian City Hotel  
Sightseeing: Ancient City Wall, Shanxi Provincial Museum
Meals: breakfast, lunch

Day 12: Xi'an
Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, the Huaqing Hot Spring. and the Wild Goose Pagoda. Take an overnight train to Shanghai.

Transport: Xian to Shanghai, Train No. T137(19:53/11:34)

Day 13: Shanghai
You will be met by the local guide in shanghai, visit the Bund and Nanjing Road

Sightseeing:  Nanjing Road, The Bund
Meals: breakfast,lunch

Day 14: Shanghai
Today you visit the lovely Old Yuyuan Garden, the Shanghai Museum, Jade Buddha Temple. Take an overnight train to Guilin.

Transport: Shanghai to Guilin. Train No. K537(17:02/14:17)

Day 15: Guilin
Be met & transferred to your hotel. Visit Elephant Trunk Hill and Reed Flute Cave.

Day 16: Guilin-Yangshou
Take the Li River cruise down to Yangshuo. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along Li River.Visit ancient West Street and the local resident's family.

Travel: Guilin to Guangzhou, Train No. T37(21:48/08:34)

Day 17: Guangzhou
Visit the Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, the Five Ram Statue, Ancestral Temple of the Chen Family, the Qingping Market.

Day 18: Guangzhou-Hong Kong
