China Panda Tour 03 (Beijing , Xian, Chengdu Panda Base, Guilin and Shanghai— 12 days)

Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
Arrive at Beijing on your own arrangement. Be met & transferred to your hotel.

Accommodation: Grand View Garden Hotel     

Day 2: Beijing
Full day trip to the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven. Enjoy the Peking Opera Show in the evening.

Accommodation: Grand View Garden Hotel  
Sightseeing:Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven
Entertainment: Beijing Opera
Meals: breakfast, lunch

Day 3: Beijing
Full day trip to the Great Wall, Ming Tomb and Sacred road. Enjoy a famous Peking Duck Banquet for dinner.

Accommodation: Grand View Garden Hotel  
Sightseeing: Great Wall, Sacred Road, Ming Tombs
Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 4: Beijing-Xi'an
Fly to Xian. Be met & transferred to your hotel. Have city tours to the Provincial Museum and the Ancient City Wall.

Transport: Beijing to Xian, Flight No. TBA
Accommodation: The Bell Tower Hotel,Xian   
Sightseeing: Ancient City Wall, Shanxi Provincial Museum
Meals: breakfast, lunch

Day 5: Xi'an
Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, the Huaqing Hot Spring. and the Wild Goose Pagoda.

Accommodation: The Bell Tower Hotel,Xian   
Sightseeing: Terra-Cotta Warriors, Wild Goose Pagoda
                     Huaqing Hot Spring
Meals: breakfast,lunch

Day 6: Chengdu
Free in the morning, fly to Chengdu. Be met and tranferred to your hotel.Have a city tour in Chengdu.

Transport: Beijing to Chengdu. Flight No. TBA
Accommodation: Yinhe Dynasty Intercontinental Hotel  
Meals: Breakfast,lunch

Day 7: Chengdu (Panda Tour)

• At 8:00 AM, you will be met at the lobby of your hotel. Your English-speaking guide and driver will drive you to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
• After you arrive at the Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, you will visit Giant Panda Museum, Panda Cub House and Panda Bear Enclosure.
• A giant panda educational film will be show before you visit Panda Toy and Gift House.
• After traditional Sichuan Food lunch, you will visit Thatched Cottage of Du Fu.
• Visit Chengdu local tea house and drink tea with local people.

 

Day 8 : Chengdu-Guilin
Morning is free on your own leisure. After lunch take flight to Guilin and transfer to the local best 4-star Hotel. Visit the Elephant Trunk Hill. After dinner, you will enjoy the Ethnic Minority Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre.

Sightseeing:Elephant Trunk Hill, Reed Flute Cave

Entertainment: Ethnic Minority Songs and Dances Show

Day 9: Guilin-Yangshuo
Take the Li River cruise down to Yangshuo. To enjoy the beautiful rural scenery in Yangshuo, we specially arrange you a cycling trip to the countryside and a visit to the local resident's family.

Sightseeing: Li River , Li River Image, West Street
Meals: breakfast,lunch

Day 10:Yangshuo-Guilin-Shanghai
Visit Yangshuo Moon Mountain, Yangshuo Big Banyan. After lunch,you will be escorted to the airport for Shanghai

Transport: Guilin to Shanghai, Flight No. TBA
Accommodation: The Bund Riverside Hotel Shanghai
 Sightseeing: Yangshuo Moon Mountain, Yangshuo Big Banyan
Meals:breakfast,lunch

Day 11: Shanghai
Today you visit the lovely old Yuyuan Garden, the Shanghai Museum, Nanjing Road and the Bund.

Sightseeing: Jade Buddha Temple, Shanghai Museum
                     Nanjing Road, The Bund
Meals: breakfast,lunch

Day 12: Shanghai-Departure
Today you will board the flight home by yourselves. Alternatively, our tour specialists are very glad to arrange you the private extension tour upon request. (B)
