Work Permit in Hangzhou
1. Documents required
a. The Approval for Corporate Establishment, the Business License and the Organizational Code Certificate of the applicant's employer
b. The employer's joint venture contract and the name list of the Board
c. The employer's statement of reasons for employment
d. Health certificate and working experience credentials
2. Fill out the Application Form for Foreign Nationals Working in Zhejiang and submit it to the supervisory agency of the employer and the public security authorities for preliminary verification. The Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau shall carry out further accreditation within five workdays and issue the Work Permit if the application meets all requirements.
3. With the Work Permit, the employer may claim the Visa Application Notice at the Foreign Affairs Office of Hangzhou People's Municipal Government.
4. With the Work Permit, the Visa Application Notice and the passport, the applicant shall apply for the Work Visa at local Chinese embassies or consulates.
