Expert Certificate
1. The applicant is required to fill out the Zhejiang Application Form for Foreign Expert Certificate in triplicate which are submitted with the following materials:
a. copy of employment contract
b. copy of passport
c. three passport photos (also photos of accompanying family members)
2. The above materials are submitted to the supervisory agency of the applicant's employer for verification. The management committees of technological and economic zones are the supervisory agencies of their in-zone foreign-invested enterprise. For those enterprises without designated supervisory agencies, the application should be submitted directly to the foreign affairs offices of local governments for verification.
3. The Foreign Affairs Office of Hangzhou People's Municipal Government shall carry out further verification before it forwards the application to the Foreign Affairs Office of Zhejiang People's Provincial Government for final decision.
4. Accreditation by the Foreign Affairs Office of Zhejiang People's Provincial Government

5. With the approval of the Foreign Affairs Office of Zhejiang People's Provincial Government, the applicant shall claim the Foreign Expert Certificate at the Zhejiang Provincial Foreign Affairs Service Center.
