Scenic Spots : Badaling Great Wall, Ming Tombs, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace
Day 1: Badaling Great Wall & Ming Tombs
Travelers will be picked up at the hotel between 7:30-8:00am and be driven to the Badaling Great Wall which is 60 miles away from downtown.
After hiking and sightseeing on the most famous part of the Great Wall, Badaling section for about 2 hours, you will have a typical Chinese lunch at Friendship Restaurant close to the Ming Tombs.
In the afternoon, you will visit the Ming Tombs, the best preserved Chinese imperial tombs with 500 years history. Be driven back to your hotel after the Great Wall tour is finished at 5:30 pm.
Day 2: Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace
Tourists will be picked up at the hotel between 7:30-8:00am and be driven to Forbidden City which near the Tiananmen Square. Visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for about 2.5 hours. Forbiden City also called Palace Museum, is the largest ancient imperial palaces group in the world with 500 years history. After visit the Temple of Heaven - the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world, you will enjoy a typical Chinese lunch at Taiyichun Restaurant.
In the afternoon you will visit Summer Palace, the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden for about 2 hours. At about 6:00 pm, you will be driven to your hotel in downtown Beijing.
