Get in Chongqing by coach
It is possible to go by highways from Chongqing to Chengdu, Yibing, Leshan, Meishan, Daxian, Neijiang, Zigong and Rongchang. From the Chongqing Bus Station, tickets could be purchased to Chengdu, Yibing, Leshan, Dazu, Meishan, Penglai. Long distance buses depart Chongqing Northern Station everyday to Daxian, Honghu, Tongjiang, Pingshan, Neijiang, etc. In the Chongqing Western Station there are long distance buses available to Chengdy, Neijiang, Luzhou, Ziong, Yibing, and Rongchang. Numerous buses commute daily within the city, and also connect Chongqing with other cities. Usually a bus stop with a list of various bus routes. You will be notified when arriving at a certain stop, but currently conductors or computers would only do that in Chinese on most buses, so keep your eyes open when you’re on one of them. Keep in mind that Chongqing has almost the same population as Canada and a lot of buses would try to grab as many passengers as possible, so be prepared for the real-life interpretation of the term saturation.
