China Train Tour 04 (Guilin,Yangshuo,Li River, Chongqing, Three Gorges,Yichang,Xi'an , Beijing— 12 Days)

Day 1: Hong Kong-Guilin
Arrive in Guilin on your own arrangement. Be met & transferred to your hotel.

Day 2: Guilin-Yangshuo-Guilin
Take the Li River cruise down to Yangshuo. To enjoy the beautiful rural scenery in Yangshuo, we specially arrange you a cycling trip to the countryside and a visit to the local resident's family. You will be driven to Guilin by car before night. (B, L)

Day 3:Guilin- Chongqing
Visit the Elephant Trunk Hill, the Reed Flute Cave. After lunch, take a train (K561) at 13:23 to Chongqing. (B, L)

Day 4: Chongqing
Arrive in Chongqing at 8:30 AM. You will visit General Joseph W. Stilwell Museum, People’s Assembly Hall and Eling Park. After lunch, you will be transferred to the pier to board luxury Yangtze River cruise ship. (B, L)

Day 5: Yangtze River
This morning you'll disembark at Shibaozhai , a 12 storey red wooden pagoda which rests against the rock wall, where you can also climb up the spiral staircase to the top for a panoramic view of the winding river, the village and the countryside. In the late afternoon, you have the option of visiting the temples of Baidi Town. (B, L, D)

Day 6: Yangtze Three Gorges
You'll enter the world-famous Three Gorges , and enjoy a 4-hour "soft adventure" to the 37.28 mi tributary, Shennong Stream . (B, L, D)

Day 7: Yichang-Xian
After the shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam site you'll have a farewell lunch on board, the local guide will meet you and escort you to take a train (K625) at 15:17 PM to Xi'an. (B.L)

Day 8: Xian                                    
Upon your arrival in Xian at 7:00 in the morning, you will be met & transferred to your hotel. Have city tours to the Provincial Museum and the Ancient City Wall. (B, L)

Day 9: Xi'an-Beijing
Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, the Huaqing Hot Spring and the Wild Goose Pagoda. Take an overnight train (T41) at 19:03 PM to Beijing. (B, L)

Day 10: Beijing
Arrive in Beijing at 6:44 AM. After lunch, you will visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. (B, L)

Day 11:Beijing
Full day trip to the Great Wall, Ming Tomb and Sacred road. Enjoy a famous Peking Duck Banquet for dinner. (B, L, D )

Day 12: Beijing
After breakfast, you will travel to the airport for your homeward flight by yourselves.(B)
