Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
You will be met by the local guide and driver at the Beijing International Airport. Be driven to the downtown Beijing and check in the four stars hotel. Free explore Beijing in the rest time.
Day 2: Beijing
After breakfast, our guide will pick you up from the hotel; visit the Tian'anmen Square and Fordidden City.After lunch, you will visit the Temple of Heaven.
Tian'anmen Square Tian'anmen (the Gate of Heavenly Peace), is located in the center of Beijing. It was first built in 1417 and was rebuilt under the Qing in 1651.On October 1, 1949, chairman Mao Zedong proclaimed on Tian'anmen Rostrum the founding of the People's Republic of China. Since then, Tian'anmen has been the symbol of New China.
Forbidden City The Palace Museum, former home to the 24 Ming and Qing emperors, is also known as the Forbidden City. Completed in 1420 during the Ming Dynasty, it occupies a total space of more than 720, 000 square meters. Apart from the complex of immovable palace buildings, the Palace Museum houses over 1.5 million items or sets of relics.
Temple of Heaven The Temple of Heaven was the place where the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties would worship Heaven and pray for bumper crops. The northern part of the outer surrounding wall is semi-circular in shape while the southern part square, a pattern symbolic of the ancient belief that Heaven was round and the earth square.
Day 3: Beijing
After breakfast, we will drive you to the famous Badaling Great Wall. After hiking the Great Wall, you will visit the Summer Palace.
Great Wall of China The Great Wall of China, one of the greatest wonders of the world, was enlisted in the World Heritage by UNESCO in 1987. Just like a gigantic dragon, the Great Wall winds up and down across deserts, grasslands, mountains and plateaus, stretching approximately 6,700 kilometers (4,163 miles ) from east to west of China.
Summer Palace The Summer Palace, one of the finest examples garden architecture in China, is located in the northwest suburbs of Beijing. The 100-odd examples of traditional architecture in the park include pavilions, terraces, temples, pagodas, waterside gazebos, covered corridors, stone bridges and the famous marble boat.
Day 4: Beijing-Departure
Free in the morning until you will be driven to the airport for your next destination.
