China Focus Tour 02-B ( Shanghai , Xi'an , Chongqing , Yangtze Cruise , Yichang and Beijing — 11 Days)

Day 1: Arrival in Shanghai
Arrive at Shanghai on your own arrangement. Be met & transferred to your hotel.

Accommodation:The Bund Riverside Hotel Shanghai

Day 2: Shanghai
Visit Jade Buddha Temple, Shanghai Museum, the Bund and Nanjing Road.

Sightseeing: Jade Buddha Temple, Shanghai Museum
                     Nanjing Road, The Bund
Meals: breakfast,lunch

Day 3: Shanghai-Xi'an
Fly to Xian . Be met & transferred to your hotel. Have city tours to the Provincial Museum and the Ancient City Wall.

Accommodation: The Bell Tower Hotel,Xian   
Sightseeing: Ancient City Wall, Shanxi Provincial Museum
Meals: breakfast,lunch

Day 4: Xi'an
Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, the Huaqing Hot Spring. and the Wild Goose Pagoda.

Sightseeing: Terra-Cotta Warriors, Wild Goose Pagoda
                     Huaqing Hot Spring
Meals: breakfast,lunch

Day 5: Xi'an-Chongqing
Fly to Chongqing. Have a city tour in Chongqing. After dinner, you will be transferred to the pier to board luxury Yangtze River cruise ship.

Sightseeing: General Joseph W. Stilwell Museum,
                     People's Assembly Hall
Meals:breakfast,lunch

Day 6: Yangtze River
In the morning you'll disembark at Shibaozhai, a 12 storey red wooden pagoda which rests against the rock wall, where you can also climb up the spiral staircase to the top for a panoramic view of the winding river, the village and the countryside. In the late afternoon, you have the option of visiting the temples of Baidi Town.

Day 7: Yangtze Three Gorges
You'll enter the world-famous Three Gorges , and enjoy a 4-hour "soft adventure" to the 37 miles tributary, Shennong Stream.

Sightseeing: Wu Gorge, Xiling Gorge, Qutang Gorge,
                     Shennong Stream
Meals:breakfast,lunch and dinner

Day 8: Yichang-Beijing
After the shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam site you'll have a farewell lunch on board, the local guide will meet you and escort you to the airport for your flight to Beijing.

Day 9: Beijing
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven. Enjoy the Peking Opera Show in the evening.

Sightseeing:Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven
Entertainment: Beijing Opera
Meals: breakfast,lunch

Day 10 :Beijing
Full day trip to the Great Wall, Ming Tomb and Sacred road. Enjoy a famous Peking Duck Banquet for dinner.

Sightseeing: Great Wall, Sacred Road, Ming Tombs
Meals: breakfast,lunch and dinner

Day 11: Beijing
After breakfast, you will travel to the airport for your homeward flight by yourselves.
